Western Mission Cluster

The Western Mission Cluster of the ELCA is a collaboration of Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, California.

TEEM

A current area of collaboration is the TEEM program, Theological Education for Emerging Ministries. TEEM is a process by which the ELCA approves for the roster of ordained ministers those persons "who by reason of age and prior experience" are qualified to participate in an alternative program of preparation for ordination.
